HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Unless stated as a pre-order, most orders should be shipped within 3-5 working days from ordering. Please postage allow time after this for your order to arrive. If I expect there to be any delays, I will be in touch. 

Prints and posters are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class, all original works will be shipped with a Royal Mail tracked service or with Parcelforce depending on size. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

My shop is currently set up for UK orders, however each product should specify whether it is UK only or not. I hope to re-introduce international orders asap. I will update here and on my instagram when international orders are available on all products. 


HOW CAN I PAY?

My shop is currently only compatible with PayPal so please select this at the checkout page - you will then have the option of checking out via your PayPal account or checking out as a guest which will allow you to enter card details. 


HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

Please use the contact form provided on this site, making sure to include your order number. Before you contact me, please ensure any emails regarding your order have not been sent to your junk folder!

Please do not contact me regarding your order unless it has been longer than 10 working days since you were notified that your product was shipped.


HELP! I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER FORM - WHAT CAN I DO?

If you have made a mistake in regards to your name or address, please send me a message via this contact form within 1 hour of purchasing. After this, your order may have already begun to be processed.

Please note I am unable to cancel items you have ordered - please ensure you are ordering the correct items and the correct quantity you want! 


CAN I RETURN MY ITEM OR RECEIVE A REFUND?

As a new independent business I am currently unable to accept returns or refund your item. If your item arrives damaged, please use the contact form available to attach proof and get in touch and I should be able to offer a replacement depending on the circumstance. 

Love From Rebecca is not responsible for any lost packages, or items that are damaged through improper care, however help with resolving any issues will always be available.


I WANT A CUSTOM ORDER - HOW DO I DO THIS?

If there is no option for custom works on my shop, please reach out to me via instagram dm or here contact form and we can discuss your custom order!


ARE YOUR PRINTS MADE ETHICALLY?

YES! The company I use are committed to carrying out ethically and environmentally friendly practices. For my prints this means they are FSC approved!


CAN YOU WRITE A GIFT MESSAGE?

YES! I am currently unable to offer a full gift wrap service, however I am able to wrap your order in brown paper and include a handwritten gift note. Please select this additional option for the product and then write the message you'd like in the order notes at the checkout page.


I FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE - CAN I GET A REFUND? 

I am unfortunately not able to offer a refund if you did not apply a discount code - please make sure to use one if you want!
